Crop Genetic Improvement for Insect Resistance Team
Principal Investigator: Li Yifeng, Associate Research Fellow / Ph.D.
The team, including 7 members, is committed to finding new genetic targets for insect resistance, breaking through the key technology of crop genetic improvement for pest control, and promoting the inversion and application of green pest management. Current research projects involve the function dissection of insect-susceptibility genes of plants, analyses of interaction mechanism between insect-susceptibility genes and pests, and technology of crop genetic improvement for pest management.
